Make Gingerbread cookies
Ingredients
- 125g unsalted butter
- 3tbsp honey
- 370g all-purpose flour
- 1tbsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 90g browun suger
- 1 egg
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Mix together the brown sugar, butter, and honey
- Add the egg
- Stir in the dry ingredients cloves, flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
- Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes
- Preheat oven at 180°C
- Roll out the dough and cut the gingerbread cookies using cookie cutter
- Transfer gingerbread cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Bake at 180°C for 9 min
- Let the gingerbread cookies sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
